Entrepreneurs of any nationality, 23 years old and above can apply for Investor Visa in Oman. We will guide you as to how much does Omani government requires for investments from your country. Yes, all Investor visa is renewable every 3 years. The visa fees are; 300 OMR for 5-year Residency; 500 OMR for 10 years of Residency.

There is no limit as to how many units of real properties an investor wants to purchase in Oman.

The good thing is, that there is no property tax in Oman. You only have to pay one time only fees when you do a purchase, such as;

  1. Registration fee of 3% of the purchase price of property
  2. Application fee- 10 OMR
  3. Stamp- 2 OMR

You can live or rent out the property once you have purchased it. There will be a charge of 3% for rental revenues. If you register a rental agreement with the government authority, all income-generating expenses will be deductible from rental income.
